Tim Stephens

Tim Stephens is an outdoor education manager and all round canoeing enthusiast. He has been working in outdoor education since 2005. Tim is a qualified teacher and loves to share his passion for the outdoors with others. 

Tim enjoys anything from coaching other instructors to giving people their very first taste of the river environment from a canoe. 

He has a young daughter, who shares his love of the water. Most recently completing sections of the Tarn Gorge in the south of France. 

Tim joined the Winding River Canoe team earlier this year (2019) and has already had many great trips including teaching groups of children and adults bushcraft canoe skills and Paddling to the Pub on the river Dart.
